Class action lawsuits are popping up almost daily. If you own a iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus, you can replace your battery for $29. Here’s how to make an Apple Store reservation:
- Go to Apple.com
- Click the iPhone box
- Select the Battery, Power & Charging box
- Choose the Battery Replacement box
- Pick the Bring in for Repair box
- Sign in and enter all your info
- That’s it!
In my opinion, I will not be giving Apple more money for a new battery. I have a 6S (since I wasn’t too impressed with the iPhone X) and had my battery replaced last year for totally separate recall. My issues are limited, so I’ll deal with it rather than give them anymore money. That’s just my two cents!
