I stopped buying them because 5 of mine ripped on the first wear! I am glad to see this!

I qualify but won’t be doing this.
My consultant was very clear on sizing before I purchased and on the care (wash cold, hang dry only!) I use a mesh bag to wash and have never had one single snag, tear, or any other problem with my clothes from them.

a majority of complaints are holes and blowouts which occurred on the first wear, prior to washing. This is in no way, shape or form an issue of improper washing.

Sizing has nothing to do with this. The leggings are defective Period !

Also, be aware that you will be required to return the damaged products back to them… filling out this form puts you in touch with either the consultant you purchased from, or another local one. The refund comes out of their pocket and then eventually is reimbursed by LLR if confirmed to be damaged/defective based on what you return.

You might want to reword your post. It sounds like you are saying that LuLaRoe is giving out free stuff when it is saying that if something was damaged, they will replace it. This isn’t free stuff. This is to make right for their quality standards that may not have been that great in the past. I have over 20 pairs of leggings and never had a problem.

This is not true. They are NOT taking responsibility for the defective product, they are putting this on the Consultants.
The claim form re-directs you to any consultant that lives near you. Also, you will be required to have proof of purchase and the defective product. You are literally hurting someone’s small business if you do this.
Tell LLR you want the refund to come directly from them!! ✌️

This information is false! You ARE required to show proof of purchase AND the item must be determined to have been a defect versus user error essentially. This is solely at the discretion of the retailer you contact and bombard with this. LLR should be handling this directly IMO.

Sorry, you’re sadly mistaken. All the info in this post was taken directly from LLR.

I have over 20 items from LLR I’ve never had a problem with any of them,I’m a big women and I’ve worn tall and curvy since they came out.when you buy clothes from other places( k mart,Walmart, target,Macy’s,j c pennies, you have some damaged goods also.what do u do,u take them back and exchanged,u don’t sue people.

Some of the comments are not true about having to show proof or having to deal with the consultants as I bought my wife some things from LLR about a year ago and can not find any proof of purchase as it’s been so long plus some consultants are no longer selling LLR on the form it has an option to pick getting a consultant in your area to Handel this matter for you or getting your refund from LLR directly. If you can’t find your receipt invoice etc then you will get a LLR credit to rebuy if you pick getting your refund through LLR instead of a consultant plus they do not in fact make you send in your damaged item in order to get the refund. Some people had damaged leggings etc from over a year ago if was damaged they One no longer have the damaged item/items and two they no longer have proof of purchase. If you can’t show proof of purchase and or don’t have your damaged item/items then you will still get a refund but it will only be for a Lularoe credit like a store credit. They are only giving you until July for this make it right but anything bought after a certain date and then after July you can only get refunds replacements on items you have receipts/invoices for and will have to return damaged item/items But if you bought and received damaged LLR from certain dates can’t show proof and no longer have the item or items you can get a store credit that can be used with any consultant that’s actively enrolled and you have until July to summit form to get this credit.
