You might want to check Toys R Us website. I just did. The $4.19 price is for the single packaged cards. This coupon is to be used on a 2-pack.

  The 2 packs are $7.99 so after coupon would be $3.99 for a 2 pack

I used this coupons at target for the single car and They were priced at $4.14 each so I was able to get two.
