I spotted this today at CVS! You can score a FREE Freeman Beauty Facial Dead Sea Minerals Mask after rebate when you purchase one by 12/31/12 then submit the Freeman Beauty Rebate attached by 3/31/13 for a refund of up to $3.99 but note not all the items had the rebate attached. Make sure you complete all the requirements stated on the rebate form. Allow a few weeks for refund delivery.

wow. how funny. i actually just got my check for this rebate from January!! I had just about given up on this rebate since it took nearly 5 months to get!
