I am new to the coupon “game” I would like to know if it is possible to combine the Gillette buy one and get a body wash for free with the 1.00 off Gillette deodorant at walgreens or anywhere for that matter?
Yes, Denise. This will work as long as the coupon is for buy one deodorant, get one body wash free. You may use an additional coupon on the item you are “buying” (the deodorant), but you may not use an additional coupon on the “free” item. Hope this helps!

I tried to buy the Scott Paper Towels today. Had 2 mq’s and 2 wq’s. First they only wanted me to use one wq as per stated on the coupon- ONE PER CUSTOMER- which I think is complete BS! Anyway, I oblidge and asked to purchase just one pack. First the clerk- then the manager! refuse to sell it to me because the MQ coupon kept beeping!I don’t know if it was because it was scanned after WQ? Anyway- she claimed it must not be the right product. I asked her to read the coupon herself to see that it was- and she seemed pretty annoyed that I even expected this level of effort on her part. She didn’t bother reading it, she looked at the picture which showed a different looking packaging and said that picture is different- wrong item! WHAT?? I’m thinking in my head- if a coupon is for mulitple sizes or variations of an item… it’s unlikely going to picture each item on the damn coupon!! Is this person really a manager??!! I kept my mouth shut at this point due to my disbelief in such poor service. Needless to say- I told her I’d come back and deal with the store manager tomorrow and walked out with my coupons. I don’t even understand what the issue was. I think they were annoyed that I had several coupons to use and just automatically put me in a class of “suspicious couponers trying to rip ’em off”… wasn’t enough that I had a baby in my pouch carrier and preschooler by my side to show I’m a Mom trying to get some things I NEED! Why do some of these clerks and managers act like we are somehow insulting THEM by trying to score a great deal?! So- I do have a question- does anyone know if after an MQ is scanned for a transaction that is then “voided” will it still be a redeemable coupon (printed one-btw) or will it rescan like a “copy” the next time??? I don’t want ot reuse it if thats the case- which would SUCK since its their fault!
