I have a few questions..I am starting to coupon. I’ve searched SO MANY websites, seen many youtube videos on how to coupon. And I really want to become good at it..save as much as possible. Get 95% if NOT FREE of ALL my groceries..Do coupons for FREE pizza, detergent…and the most popular things I’ve seen on videos and Extreme Couponing really come in inserts? Please help!

Hi Dessiree. No kinds of coupons do not come in inserts and are very rare. Make sure you check Coupon Pro daily because many companies give away those kinds of coupons daily.

hi dessiree, I have been an extreme couponer for a lil over a year. That show is not reality. I really do spend 20 hours or more a week cutting coupons however bread, produce, deli, meat, and milk coupons you just really don’t come by. with that you said you really don’t see the people on the show buy that stuff well rarely. I have learned to buy coupons on ebay. yes ebay . they sell everything and people do have the coupons you are talking about . some can go up to ten bucks per coupon. but then again 10 bucks for a 22 dollar thing of tide is a pretty good deal. so I hope this helps you out.

Hi Erin – You would have to purchase the 2 items to be able to use that $1.25/2 coupon. You could only use 2 of those coupons if you purchased 4 items. You could make that a great deal if the store was having a BOGO free sale.
