My local Office Depot explained, after $5 of purchase requirement met– then can get up to 3 of EACH item priced at 1c. ( so three pencil sharpeners and three packs of erasers AND three packs of glue sticks AND three spiral notebooks) I was mistaken first trip and only got three total. Now, I scoop up 3 of each item priced at penny.
