you should call the customer support, it didn’t give me the extra $10 either yest because I didn’t click the visa checkout, instead I clicked the regular visa credit card but when I called them, they added to my starbucks card:)

Great gift to give my friend who is going through a rough time and loves his coffee! Worked for me just now! For everyone who doesn’t wanna go through links, Starbucks states “Promotion Period: The Promotion Period runs from 9:00 AM PST on 5/3/16 and ends the earlier of (a) when all 325,000 Bonus Loads are distributed or (b) at 11:59 PM PST on 5/17/16.”
