This isn’t technically true – the IHOP website says nothing about it being free and the advertisements on the tables at IHOP say that they are available now and FREE on October 31st only

yeah I went to ihop today thinking that they serve the pankace for the kids through 10/31 but yeah I was told its only on 10/31 but its ok than you
