does anyone know if you can do this online and pick it up in store and still get the ecbs?
You can create the book online, select pick up at store. Pay $4.99 (plus taxes) at store, then if the ECB doesn’t print automatically, get CVS to print it manually. That’s what I did. You still need to pay the taxes, so it’s not completely free.
