Mobile coupons won’t work for all carriers. I have virgin mobile and it doesn’t work. Target has confirmed this.
I have virgin and it worked for me no problem. Used it last night and got a $50 watch for a $5 pair of earrings.

I just got back from Target (San Diego) and this deal and coupon is still active and valid! Scored two watches for my dad & grams for only $22 total ($64 value for both watches)!!!
DH signed up and immediately got the coupon. We both used them around 10 am this morning – free $25 watch and $25 pair of gold plated earring for buying $2.78 and $4.78 earrings.

Actually… most stores have taken notice to this and have made sure the cashiers are aware and are doing the adjustments manually. They’ve also began sending around emails to the various stores within their regions to make sure it is known system-wide.
I was already signed up for text alerts and never received the coupon… I signed up again just today (10/4/13 at 10:40am eastern time) and still have not received the coupon. I think I’m too late for it. Oh well, it was something for nothing and I took my chance. :{
