I got it! the ‘join now’ in the top right corner of their page doesn’t work. I went to their home page and joined from there and got my free sample.

I finally got this late yesterday evening after several attemps trying.What I am wondering is how can everyone who signed up get the freebie. According to the information on the website there was a limited number of the product.I have been a Vocalpoint member for over a year now and have found that you do not get every freebie you sign up for.
