Feb 21, my local Target Valentine candies were mostly gone…but I did score several kiddie valentine packs for only 25c each when 90% off. If my kids don’t like the characters for 2014 valentine exchange? (or stuff in envelope and mail to cousins) It is still a super low priced craft/cards to add to our general box.
