I just got a message after they double checked my address saying that they cancelled the order that it was an invalid code and they are looking into it. They said all orders will be cancelled. I got one for my son and he never got that message. Anyone else get that message?

It wasn’t a scam. I have an email too. I wrote earlier it was for people that went to The Doctors show and those audience members got the code and were not supposed to leak it but they did. A person just posted the same email I got below.
I got a message saying mine was cancelled but not because it was fake because it was for only the audience that came to a taping of The Doctors show. The audience members had the code and were not supposed to give it out to the general public. They did give away crock pots but only to the audience that went to the show that day.
mine got cancelled…bummer. I will say, however that I am impressed with cafepress.com. I’ve signed up for other deals that got canceled before, but this is the FIRST time that I was offered a discount for my inconvenience. They offered me 20% off on a crock pot. It’s not their fault that someone leaked the code, so I think it’s classy that they aren’t leaving all of us hanging out to dry on this. Kudos to them…

It was not a scam. They are not honoring because the code wasn’t suppose to go public. Hope that clears things up!
Looks like I received a email today stating that my crock pot, that was originally free, has ben cancelled because due to unauthorized use of a promotional code. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
The promotional code used was distributed strictly to the studio audience who attended the taping of “The Doctors” Show on Thursday, January 17th. This promotional code was not intended to be distributed outside of that select group of consumers. Unfortunately, a member or members of that audience appear to have widely distributed the coupon code despite the disclosure statement that it was intended solely for a single use by its holder. Due to that fact, the promotional code was discontinued and any orders placed on February 14th, 2013 using that code have been canceled.
Mine got canceled and I didn’t get notification at all. I found out by going to check on it. Not cool.
