  After I entered my information, it said error. I refreshed the page, and re-entered my information and then it said “we’re sorry. Our records indicate that you have already entered your information or you are ineligible.” I hope that I get it…. It doesn’t seem legitimate.

    I emailed the company, and they responded asking for my information to make sure I would receive the sample.

  I may or may not get one, but I filled out the information and entered a fony number because I am not a Costco member & it went through and it went through and told me I can expect to see my free sample in 6-8 weeks 🙂
