what exactly does this mean??
I got the thank you for the Kcoffee maker at 1pm then got a thank you for the nasal thing and the salt water thing and my wife got a thank you for the massage mat… at the 2 pm entry
so more than 1 entry per person and per household, so we wouldn’t win anything?
then I turned around and won the dominos pizza… good day so far
i emailed [email protected] and they said: The line “Only one (1) entry per person, household, e-mail address, and/or phone number will be accepted or eligible to win and receive a GIFT” indicates that a person may only enter the contest once. This means that a person may only receive one GIFT. I hope that clarifies things.
i also asked for those that have entered 1 time for 1 prize during each different segment (due to misunderstanding the rules) will they be disqualified completely? or what will happen? sorry for so many questions im just trying to cover everything 100% because i am sharing the word on it. and they said:Based on our previous giveaways, the first entry will be counted. All other entries are disqualified.
I too contacted the company after reviewing the contradictory terms listed in the rules. Here’s the response I received today, which is essentially the same as Ashley’s:
Hi Ms. XXXX,
If you look at this part of the rules:
“2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Promotion Period, visit https://www.doctoroz.com and follow the steps to complete and submit the Promotion entry form as directed at the time designated for any one (1) of the GIFTS listed in each Segment; including providing your full name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number and e-mail address. Only the first allotted number of eligible entrants (as stated above and as determined by Sponsor) to enter during the Promotion Period starting at the time designated for each Segment are eligible to receive a GIFT listed for that Segment. Your odds of receiving a GIFT depend on when you and other eligible entrants submit correctly completed Promotion entry forms. Potential GIFT recipients may be notified by Sponsor or one of the Promotion Entities by the daytime phone number or e-mail address provided on their Promotion entry form. GIFT redemption, fulfillment and delivery vary depending upon the GIFT and each of the Promotion Entities. GIFTS may be redeemed (as determined by Promotion Entities in their sole discretion): a) online at the Promotion Entities’ website; b) by coupon or voucher redeemable at a participating retail outlet that carries the GIFT; or c) by a direct mail or shipping method. Only one (1) entry per person, household, e-mail address, and/or phone number will be accepted or eligible to win and receive a GIFT.”
You will notice the last line says each person may only enter once into the whole giveaway and only that one entry may win a GIFT. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be considered a winner. All other entries will be disqualified.
