You can only enter once per segment. I don’t know if I won though, but I did get the response “thank you for your survey” for the juicer….maybe I won 🙂

I remember a year or so ago when Dr. Oz gave away the 50$ Target gift cards. I won a gift card but wasn’t notified that I won until the day it came in the mail. Hopefully they notify us this time :).
Congrats to the girls who got the juicer! I’m soooooo jealous! I got the form to pop up but when I submitted I got the “Sorry” message. Dangit! 🙂

This means that a person may only receive one GIFT. I hope that clarifies things.
