Without notice, I was totally shocked when the ridiculously cute gift basket arrive on my door step on Friday, December 23rd, 2011. How awesome of a surprise is that? Did you get your 90% off Holiday Gift Basket from 1-800-Baskets? Let us know! 😀

    No and I never got the cancellation e-mail. I had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes just to find out my order had been cancelled, boo!

    I placed the order but no cancellation notice or anything. I suppose I am going to have to call to get a refund.

    I did not receive a cancellation email, did not receive package. My paypal has not been credited, so I have sent customer service an email asking about it.

    I got mine late christmas eve. it was upgraded from my orginal order. Ordered Holiday Sweets Frame Fabric Tote, but received Harry London® Peppermint Sweets Tower & Sled which was definitely more expensive 🙂 Wish i had ordered others, but definitely happy about it.

    had a terrible experience with this company – placed my order – they took my money- and then on Thursday 12-22 got the email saying order cancelled for delivery of 12-23- making it to late to reorder from somewhere else in time for the 25th- still waiting for my credit to my bank account. I will never order from them again.

    Steven, that’s pretty much what happened to me. They sent the cancellation email one day prior to the original shipping date. What a big inconvenience.
