once i complete the form the page freezes, but when i try to put my info in again it says that i already did it so i guess it went through.

Same happen to me. I also tried to put all info again and it said a sample had already been requested for this address.. Hope it comes….This looks like a great one!!!
I ordered mine and when clicking the “submit” it just pops up this little round thing that swirls. Indicating it’s processing. It’s stuck like that. I’m just going to leave the page up doing that for awhile and walk away from it. Maybe it’s because so many people are submitting there orders and it’s taking longer to process and pop up with an “order complete” notice.
I just opened another page and tried to submit again and by doing so this is the notice that popped up…
It looks like a sample has already been requested from this address. Please look it over, resubmit and we’ll continue the order process

I got one! I had to go and double check since it froze up, but it told me there was one already coming my way.
I must have got one because I tried to do it again and double clicked like Jennifer suggested. It told me that one has already been requested from my address.

Everytime I hit submit it processes then takes me back to the screen to fill in my name/address etc. Doesn’t give me an error message or anything. So I have no clue if it worked
Same thing happened to me. So, I closed the window and re-started from scratch by clicking this page’s “Hurry over here”. It then gave me an error message saying UPS (or USPS) couldn’t verify the address I entered. I moved onto the next screen and entered my address a little differently.
Then…what Alicia and others mentioned happened. Hence, I went back to the page again and re-started the process…and it now gives me a message that this address has already requested the samples. I guess it worked…!? Hope this helps. 🙂

maybe mine went through. I filled everything out, then it froze, then it told me to wait. Thats how far I got.
I just keep getting a circle in the middle of the screen going round and round….
and when i try it again it says this order has already been submitted but in my other window the circle is still going round and round?? I don’t know if I should X it out?
