Well guess what? Smack dab on the my cover of today’s (8/21) Sunday newspaper wrap was a coupon with a unique code redeemable for a FREE bottle of Advil vial mail when you go to Advil.com/freeoffer. Nothing there. Perhaps I should specify Inland Empire. And if I was supposed to get one I wouldn’t put it past the carrier to keep them. Yes I said it. It took that person 4 days and 10 phone calls to replace my rain damaged papers a few weeks ago.

Yes – in NC, the card was on one of the papers I get. BUT…LOL… their website is not accepting the code I received. Oh well… 🙁 It’s causing quite a stir over on Advil’s Facebook page. Some people think the offer has already been depleted. I guess it’s possible, since the free Dentek sample code that was in my SS wasn’t accepted either stating they were all out of samples already. (just received the paper today…)
I am in NC and starting trying on Sunday after I got the coupon in my newspaper and it keeps telling me it’s an invalid number. I don’t think they had any valid numbers to start with

It was in my St. Pete Times in Clearwater, Florida. Got the Saving Please wait early this morning, left it, went to church, came back many hours later and it was still spinning. I may try again another day.

I got mine in the AZ. replubic paper today. At first I tryed to enter the web site it had on the card but it didnt work then I came across this and clicked on the web here and enter all 4 of my codes ( I get 4 papers every sunday for coupons ).I got through on 1 code but just to the mailing address part still waitting for that to go through. T.E
I got a coupon, but couldn’t get it to work. I put in the code & it said “saving, please wait. 10 minutes later, it was still “saving”, so I gave up. I hope it wasn’t some scam that was hacking my computer during that 10 minutes.
MINE IS DOING THAT “SAVING” THING RIGHT NOW – BEEN DOING IT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES!!
Same thing happened to me – it is still saving my code I think this is just a scam – why did’t Advil just put a coupon in the paper

We got 3 sample boxes of cereal.
Got the coupon but just like many others, have had no luck trying to redeem it. The website just says “Saving. Please wait.” But 20 minutes later it was still doing that. I tried a different computer, but same problem. They either don’t have enough bandwidth for the traffic they’re getting or they only had a few to give out and they were gone instantly. Either way, lousy job on Advil’s part. Something like this should generate good PR, not negative.
The card was attached to our paper here in Keizer, Oregon. However, it doesn’t make it through to the next stage after entering it in to website box it and clicking submit. Either too many people are trying to submit it or they have exceeded their quantity of coupons.
After spinning for over 10 minutes I finally got through. There just must be too many people trying to access the website today. I completed the form, selected the Advil Coupon I wanted, and then clicked submit. Now I am back to spinning trying to send in the form.
received insert in my paper in pa. went to advil website. it told me the free coupon offer is over. the site told me to print their $2 off coupon. seems as though this offer was too good to be true.
The coupon was in the wrapper of the paper….not in the paper itself.
We got it in the Denton, TX paper but the website must be overwhelmed. It got stuck on ‘saving your code”. I’ll try again later.
I also received this coupon and it continues to just spin and do the saving please wait thing. I tried using Mozilla Firefox and also Internet explorer to make sure this wasn’t an internet browser problem. I guess no one is going to be able to get this….

I feel so gipped! I get four papers from Tampa and four from St. Pete and I only got 2 oikos coupons. One from each paper. The rest had the same back page but different inside! UUUUGGGH.

I got mine Sunday and it would not go through, today it’s said invalid code.
Coupon was in the Tucson Daily Star. I have spent two days trying to get through. Yesterday (Sunday) it was as described by others. Couldn’t get past the “Saving, please wait message.” Today it refused to accept either of my two e-mail addresses, saying they weren’t legit. I tried calling the Advil 800 number but a recorded voice said they had more calls than normal (no kidding!), to call back at another time, and hung up on me! Advil surely needs to gets its act together! No way to treat customers!
its ok i didn’t get my paper yesterday called had them re deliver the guy shows up but no coupons inside what so ever so i call back he was suppose to redeliver another one one with my dang coupons and did he nope he never showed up so i payed for a paper that i didn’t get tell 2pm and with no coupons. i was mad i think he took them it wasn’t the first time ether
