The bogo coupon you link to says available at Dollar General. Not sure if you would be able to use it other places.
Dollar General is just a suggestion to where you can purchase the item. If it says manufacturers coupon at the top, it can be used ANYWHERE…. in some cases a coupon may say “Redeemable at Walmart only.” then in that case you can only use it at Walmart. Hope that helps!
